Effective Date: 21 July 2025
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and WXXRU (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") for the purpose of regulating the legal relations arising from the User's use of the Ruee application and its related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or utilizing the Services, the User shall be deemed to have read, comprehended and agreed to all the provisions hereof. In the event that the User does not consent to this Agreement, the User shall refrain from using the Services.
The Agreement constitutes a legally binding instrument between the User and the Operator. The User's act of using the Services shall be regarded as an acceptance of the terms and conditions hereof.
The Operator reserves the right to amend this Agreement at its sole discretion. The amended provisions shall be published within the Services or notified to the User via email. The User's continued use of the Services after the amendment shall be construed as acceptance of the revised Agreement.
The User must be at least 17 years of age to use the Services. Minors under the age of 17 are prohibited from accessing or using Ruee.
When registering an account, the User shall provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The User shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account credentials and shall be liable for all activities conducted under the account. The Operator shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access to the account due to the User's negligence.
The Services are intended for personal and non-commercial use only, and the User must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and the rights of third parties in the course of use.
The User shall not:
· Violate any laws, infringe upon the rights of third parties or engage in fraudulent activities;
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, data or systems;
· Disrupt the functionality of the Services or upload harmful or misleading content.
The use of the Services by the User is governed by our [Privacy Policy], which sets out the practices regarding the collection, use and protection of data. By using Ruee, the User consents to such practices.
The Operator shall implement reasonable security measures to protect the User's data; however, no online system can be completely secure, and the User acknowledges the inherent risks associated with data transmission.
All trademarks, logos, content and software contained in the Services are owned by the Operator or its licensors. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
By submitting content (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"), the User grants the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify and distribute such content for operational purposes. The User retains ownership of the User Content but authorizes the Operator to use it to enhance the Services.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of any kind. The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages (such as data loss, service interruption, etc.) arising from the use of the Services.
In the event that the User violates this Agreement or relevant laws, the Operator shall have the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Services at any time without prior notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Operator is registered. In case of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the arbitration institution in the place of registration for arbitration.
